El segundo, licor espirituoso de alta graduaci\u00f3n, argamasa que une a los que a su alrededor se sientan y dialogan, que bien puede ser de lo mitol\u00f3gico o de lo humano, de la Educaci\u00f3n o de la Ense\u00f1anza, de m\u00e9todos y procedimientos, pedagog\u00eda y metodolog\u00eda. En torno a las mesas de Creta se puede aprender Historia, Ciencia o Literatura, c\u00f3mo construir edificios sostenibles o c\u00f3mo sobrevivir en las duras monta\u00f1as de una isla mediterr\u00e1nea. Es la mesa uno de los centros del pensamiento humano, pues en torno a ella se generan unos v\u00ednculos permanentes que no conocen tiempo alguno. Jobshadowing es eso, pr\u00e1ctica y teor\u00eda, ya sea en una clase o junto a una mesa, y ambas son formas v\u00e1lidas para el intercambio de experiencias educativas.
